This is a MUCH larger Syllabus of harder Advanced level moves that progress from Prep Adv 1.
There is a lot of variety! This course can be repeated many times with a constant physical & mental challenge – these harder moves will repeat / rotate and combine into longer and more difficult combinations and freelance. This course will leave you feeling confident, strong, lean and fit. Use this 8 week course to work on perfecting your technique & building the extra strength you will need before applying these moves to a choreographed routine in our fast paced & highly challenging ADVANCED Level. *Completion of Prep Adv 1 is compulsory.
